Body Shred

An ultimate workout combining the excitement of basic boxing and kickboxing combinations. Utilizing G-1000 equipment and interval cardio exercises designed to burn maximum fat and tone lean muscles.  Each class will begin with a dynamic warm-up and move into a circuit training portion, ending with a relaxing cool-down and stretch to allow for mind and body recovery.  The Body Shred room is a unique environment with heart pumping music to provide a quick, effective and inspiring work out.


A sculpting class that works legs, glutes and abs. This class brings exercise designed for the tower and cadillac to the mat.
